Human beings are a heterogeneous lot and there is a lot to learn from this heterogeneity. We should look for the best in people and things. We had better have a positive approach to life, have a refreshing smile on our face and cheer people up. Then we will definitely be liked and appreciated by people. More people will want to be with us.
  8. Be jovial and see the humorous side of life: Everyone enjoys the company of people who make us laugh, or smile. Comic relief is very much helpful for maintaining good physical and mental health.
